Welcome To Taekwon-Do!

Thank you for visiting our site. It is our privilege to introduce one of the fastest growing martial arts program in the world: TAEKWON-DO. Please feel free to browse around and see if our program is right for you. You may even join us for a free introductory class to get a better understanding of how we run our classes as well as get to know the instructors and everyone else in the club. 

Taekwon-do to put it simply, is a version of unarmed combat designed for the purpose of self-defense. It is one of the most systematic and scientific traditional martial arts, that teaches more than physical fighting skills. It is a discipline that shows ways of enhancing our spirit and life through training our body and mind. Today, it has become a global sport that has gained an international reputation, and stands among the official games in the Olympics.

There are many different elements to taekwon-do training. Some of these include patterns, self-defense, pad and target kicking, board breaking and sparring. Taekwon-do is also an excellent activity for cardiovascular workouts and strength training.

Taekwon-do continues to be one of the fastest growing martial arts today with taekwon-do schools operating in almost every country in the world.
